Located in the picturesque district of Leitersdorf, nestled in the rolling hills of southeastern Styria, the historic "Siebenaumühle" is an impressive estate with a rich history, diverse buildings, and approximately 22 hectares of land in a secluded location directly on the Raab River.

Although the exact year of construction is unknown, the solid exterior walls and multi-story wooden interior structure are a testament to the building’s functional and robust design from past centuries. Originally used for milling until around 1950, the spacious interior with high ceilings and exposed timber construction offers ample room for creative repurposing – whether for cultural, commercial, or tourism projects.

On the western side of the property is the former farm and stable building, also dating back to at least the 18th century and renovated in the 1960s. This building originally housed stables and storage areas; today, it also contains the heating system for the main residence. An attached wooden shed provides additional shelter.

Set slightly apart from the main structures is the very old "Dreikanthof" – a traditionally designed building with approximately 430 m² of space. For centuries, it served as a shelter for agricultural equipment and vehicles. It also includes a former horse stable with two marble troughs and an old cellar for storing must (fruit juice for cider). While its origins are undocumented, the building complements the overall architectural ensemble and offers further potential for storage, workshop use, or expansion.

Together, these buildings form a harmonious, historically rich ensemble with a striking presence. All buildings are in need of renovation.

The center of Feldbach is about a ten-minute drive away, and a well-stocked retail park with grocery stores can be reached in just five minutes. Local amenities are also within walking distance: a small shop for daily needs is located in nearby Lödersdorf, along with a train station and various educational institutions. This location thus offers both peaceful seclusion in nature and easy access to infrastructure.
